Dr. Petrush has been my dentist for 12 years. He does excellent work with a great sense of humor. I would recommend both him and his partner Dr. Elek for a positive and professional dental experience.
Dr Petrush, Dr Elek and their entire staff is amazing! My partner had dentist trauma and refused to go to the dentist for 20 years. Dr Petrush has patiently worked with her for about 8 years now and she now loves going to the dentist! We’ve had crowns, fillings, exams, teeth whitening, and wisdom teeth extractions for a family of 5 for years! I’d never go anywhere else. Both dentists are the absolute best I’ve ever had! Special shout out to Myra in the billing office! She’s so great!
The office is a pleasant environment, with a soothing aquarium and a central fountain. And all the people who work there were happy people. They were kind and friendly to the patients, but also to each other. Dr. Petrush was genuinely committed to putting me at ease and took his time to engage in conversation to answer questions I had about upcoming procedure, with no sense of rush. He was gentle, a skilled dentist, and I commend him on his “people skills.” I was also impressed by the efficiency and expertise of his staff. Who would have thought a dentist’s office would be your “happy place?”
These folks have customer service nailed. No one likes going to the dentist, but the staff here really makes every visit a delight. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable, happy to explain everything from procedures and insurance coverage. If you live in the area, I recommend Dr. Petrush and Elek's practice.
I have been going to Diablo Valley Dental since they purchased the practice and I would never go anywhere else. They have updated, modern facilities and provide excellent personalized dental care for their patients. The front staff and support staff are wonderful and Dr. Petrush and Dr. Elek are excellent dentists. True experts in their field. My experiences there have been amazing. They truly care for their patients. They do not pressure patients into having dental work done. When providing dental work for their patients they are very understanding and they listen to the patient’s needs. If there is any indication of pain during a procedure, they make sure the patient is comfortable before proceeding. After surgery the staff follow-up with patients to make sure they are doing well. I highly recommended them!
I have been going to Dr.’s Petrush and Elek for over 10 years. They have taken excellent care of my teeth: cleanings, root canal, and implant. They are very thorough in helping me maintain my dental hygiene.
